Nicolò joined the firm in 2025.

Thanks to his Franco-Italian educational background and full proficiency in both languages, he assists Italian companies and groups in entering and expanding into the French market, as well as French companies in their operations in Italy.

He works alongside the firm’s partners, mainly in the retail, fashion and luxury, food & beverages, pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical, and general industrial sectors, providing legal advice on extraordinary transactions, corporate law, real estate, compliance, commercial contracts, restructuring, and employment law. He also supports the firm’s litigation team in handling disputes related to business activities.
